What I collect
When you enquire I collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your wedding date and venue, and anything you write in the message. That is all.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, to quote for your wedding, and if you book, to plan and deliver the photography. Nothing is used for anything else.
Who sees it
Nobody. I do not sell, share or pass on your details. If you book, your gallery is hosted with Pic-Time, who process it on my behalf.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Galleries stay online for at least twelve months after delivery.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold, ask for a copy, or ask me to delete it. Email richard@rh.photography and I will do it.
