Booking

A date is held once you have confirmed in writing and paid the amount agreed. Until then it stays available to others.

Payment

The balance is due two weeks before the wedding. Prices quoted are held for thirty days from the date of the quote.

Cancellation

If you cancel, the amount paid to hold the date is not refundable, as the date will have been turned down for others. If I cannot attend through illness or emergency I will find a replacement photographer of equivalent standard or refund you in full.

The photographs

You get full personal usage rights to every photograph delivered. I retain copyright, which is standard, and may use a small number for my own portfolio unless you ask me not to. Just say and it is fine.

Delivery

Galleries are delivered within seven days in normal circumstances. Files are kept for at least twelve months after delivery.
